Leybold TURBOVAC 1000C

The Leybold TURBOVAC 1000 C turbomolecular pump can be used for all general-purpose high vacuum applications or for pumping aggressive and reactive gases. This model comes with a purge gas facility for use with aggressive gases. It can produce an ultimate pressure below 10^-10 mbar. It can achieve a pumping speed of 1000 liters/second for air at molecular flow.

Our TURBOVAC rebuild/repair service includes:

  • Complete cleaning of the pump

  • Leak tested to 1 x 10^-10 mbar l/s
